We tend to get into behaviour patterns of going along and falling down the hole each day but we can learn to do something different and go round that hole and get a different result!
However even if we end up down that hole we can still think our way into a positive and strong state. As the saying goes 'If you think you can't do something you won't, if you think you can you will'. You are the one that makes the difference.
