My Mariposa Coaching workshop (which I run in Bath, Bristol, North somerset) enables you to explore how to get on with what you want in life. Managing your time works best when you align your goals with your values, feel confident in where you wish to get to and challenge any barriers that get in the way. Working with me as your group facilitator, with 15 years experience in cognitive behavioural coaching, you will learn how to be your own self coach and take away resources and plans to put this workshop into good practice.
