The workshop will help you to enhance your ability to manage stress, maintain focus, enhance your ability to manage emotions in situations where you perceive that instead of feeling pressure you are tipping over into stress. As well as defining what stress means to you we will look at strategies to raise understanding of how it effects you, how you can make changes and engage in mindfulness practice. If you nurture yourself you will be the best in work and home life and the best for others, so take 2 hours out of your hectic schedule to relax at Yanley Court on 21.5.16.
With a history of 16 years experience of using a range of psychological models such as cognitive behavioural, solution focused, mindfulness practice, person centred, stages of change, motiviational interviewing, gestalt and self efficacy theory you will be in good hands. I am certified stress management and performance coach (Level 5 unit accreditation via Middlx Uni, Centre for Coaching London, British Psychological Society Approved). I am fully insured and an Associate member of the Association for Coaching, affiliate of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
My client base ranges from magistrates, those in the criminal justice system, public sector workers and private business such as Altran UK and Rolls- Royce.
