It is worth considering what we can do for ourselves in order to make time to relax. It is important to make wellbeing part of your agenda. There is help and support out there and realistically we can probably all do a little more to look after our wellbeing.
So what are you doing for yourself this week? What helps you to relax and reboot your system? If you think of your brain like a bank, you can't keep endlessly withdrawing from it without putting the odd deposit in. So the carp were my 'deposit'..checking out the fish and stopping to pause for a bit in the sunshine to take photos and watch them swim around...pretty cool!
