'Mariposa' Spanish for butterfly. Even though we often resist change and risk, it is often inevitable and it will occur regardless of whether we are active participants and go with the flow. In our lifetime each of us goes through many stages of development, a process that occurs repeatedly over time. It is important to feel engaged and involved in the process itself rather than feel imprisoned by our environment. Choosing to change means we are accepting new possibilities. Sometimes a coach can be helpful to support transition and moving forward whether this is to tackle stress and procrastination, to manage relationships in a more positive manner or to build an enhanced identity and increased self belief.
