Due to demand I am running this workshop at The Family Practice, Glos Road 23.4.16, spaces left 10-12 and again at Yanley Court, Long Ashton 21.5.16 2-4pm. Both venues are totally charming and tranquil. Please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org or 07811 740580 to book on.
The workshop will help you to enhance your ability to manage stress, maintain focus, enhance your ability to manage emotions in situations where you perceive that instead of feeling pressure you are tipping over into stress. As well as defining what stress means to you we will look at strategies to raise understanding of how it effects you, how you can make changes and engage in mindfulness practice.
